Revision of Registrar forms and procedures
A number of company forms and procedures, including those related to the transfer of seat of companies to and from Cyprus, have been revised and updated in accordance with the Companies (Fees and Rights) (Amendment) Regulations of 2018. In addition, the floating fee (0.6%) on the nominal/authorised capital during the registration of a company was abolished, resulting to the reduction in the cost of registration of a company. These changes make Cyprus even more attractive than before as a venue for the incorporation and domiciliation of companies.
