On 27.11.2020, the Protection of Undisclosed Know-How and Business Information (Trade Secrets) against their Unlawful Acquisition, Use and Disclosure Law was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic and its object is to lay down rules on the protection against the unlawful acquisition, use and disclosure of trade secrets.
